When you put a Text component or Rich Text component on a page and remove (do not cross) the restriction “Allow change” in designer you are still able to change the text via Text Editor Tool. In this case you are not able to open the text editor dialog by double clicking the component. In my opinion the Text Editor Tool should also not be able to change the text of the component in this case.

Is this a bug or did I understand anything wrong?
