Black border when printing with demo

Me and my society wanted to buy your libary Stimulsoft Report.Fx to replace our current print system in our projects. We have downloaded the demo app to see the potencial of the libary and during test on Windows 7/XP and Mac we had big problems. I know this is a beta bug i just wanted to know if it's a config problem or a real bug.

On Mac:
We tried to place a colored panel on the bottom left of the page collapse to the page border (thru the margin) 3cm width and height
When printing the panel is collapsed to the left side correctly but it has 3cm on the bottom

On Windows 7/XP :
Same situation but we saw 2 black border 1cm large on the right and on the bottom of the page

We have tested on 2 printer and tried to generate pdf during print :

On mac
Same problem

On PC with cutepdf
Worked!

Sorry for my poor english! Hope you can help me asap we really want to use your wonderfull software!
