2032 Error

We just purchased the Web Designer and getting an error when loading a report or creating a new report which will have a preloaded schema.
I was getting the same problem with the trial version, but with the bought version I'm now getting the 2032 error....BUT NOT ALL THE TIME.
If I try to edit an existing report....I sometimes get the 2032 error. When I get this error the report doesn't get loaded. I have to then close out and try to reload the report. It could be working fine for hours..then all of a sudden start getting the 2032 error.
I then close the report...and try to open the exact same report again and it works fine. Or it may take me 5 times of opening and closing the report before it starts working again.
Any ideas of what's going on and how I fix this. We can't release to our customers with a problem like this.

Hello,
Error #2032 means "HTTP request error". It can occur if the caching or packaging on IIS server is enabled. Try disabling caching and packaging data on your IIS server for the page with the designer.
Thank you.

I'm confused as to how this could possible be the problem. The point the problem happens is when the report is getting loaded...What HTTP request is being run at this point.

I tried an experiment and turned off caching.
Same problem.
Doesn't happen all the time. Maybe 50% of the time.
Only when I try to load an existing report or create a new report with loaded schema.

Hello,
Before loading the report client side application makes a request to the server - requests a report or other data. The error occurs when an incorrect answer from the server side applications.
We need more information about this problem. Which version of Stimulsoft Reports.Web are you use? Which server operating system and what version of IIS are you using? Which browser is used for testing?
Thank you.

Running the latest version of Stimulsoft (2010.1.7). We just purchased it. I was getting the same symptoms with the trial version except there was no error message.
Server OS is 2003 Server R2. Different clients...mainly 2003 R2 and Vista and a few Windows 7.
This is occurring on IE and Firefox. Haven't tried any other browser.

Here is more information about the error. Maybe it'll help.
If I load a report that already exists...it works fine. I can close that report and reopen it all day long and it works fine.
If I load a different report that uses a different dataschema...then I'll get the 2032 error. And I'll keep getting this error for a while. Then it'll clear itself and the report will load fine..until I change to a different report with a different dataschema.
I can also clear the error if I close down my browser and start it back up again. But the error will come back if I load a report with a different dataschema.
This problem also occurs if loading a new report but attached a dataschema for the user to use. The first time the New report is loaded it works fine. I can close and reload the report all day long...but when I try to load a new report (or existing report) with a different dataschema...I get the 2032 error.

Hello,
Thank you for the detailed steps to reproduce this error. We would be very helpful if you sent us two reports with the different data schemes, which causes this error to support[at]stimulsoft.com.
Thank you.

Please let us know do you load the same report with different data schema, or do you have different reports with different data schema? If you do the first way, how do you connect the data schema to the report? We need to know this to exaclty reproduce the issue.
Thank you.
