I have a report with several bands (report title, page header, master/detail, page footer, report summary).

Because some of the bands are quite high (for example: the report title alone is 11cm high because we need a really big "header" on the first page), they fill the whole page in design view.
So the bottom bands (page footer and report summary) overlap in design view because there is no more room on the page.

Now I want to place a textbox on the report summary.
I put it on the space where report summary and page footer overlap (there's not enough room to put it directly on the report summary), but when I look at the Report Tree, I see that it is on the page footer, not on the report summary.
So I drag it on the report summary and it is there.
Then, I click on the textbox on the report (because I want to edit it) and exactly in the moment when I click on it, I can see on the Report tree that the textbox "jumps" on the page footer again.

How can make the textbox STAY on the report footer once I put it there?

I use version 2010.1 (downloaded yesterday).

you can set a property in the Page.

It's under "Design".

Set "LargeHeight" to true.
