Problem with descenders in Internet Explorer HTML

I've got a problem with my report output when using HTML. This only happens for HTML and only for Internet Explorer. I've only tried IE8, with and without compatibility mode.

Basically, the fonts get cut off below the base of the font and all descenders are not drawn. There's plenty of room for the descender to have been rendered. Firefox shows without any problem. PDF is fine.

My text boxes have (typically, but some vary):
Vertical Alignment = Center
Text Format: General
Margins: 0;0;0;0;
Shrink Font To Fit: False
Text Quality: Wysiwyg
Text Options/Trimming: None
Word Wrap: True
Auto Width: Flase
Can Grow: True
Grow To Height: True (sometimes False, makes no difference)

Any ideas?

Further investigation shows that switching IE8 from "Quirks" to "IE8 Standards" fixes it. Is it possible to get Stimulsoft to produce the requisite tags on the generated HTML to force this?

Hello,

Can you please send us a sample report with data, which reproduces the issue?

Thank you.
