Creating reports and dashboards | Stimulsoft community forum

I trial stimulsoft ultimate to print barcode in label sticker. I use barcode printer Zebra TLP 2844.
And Set printer user defined size 4.5 cm x 9 cm with gap 0.2 cm (because my label size is 4.5 cm x 9cm)

I created barcode label with trial stimulsoft ultimate and set paper size to custom (orientation Landscape, page witdh 9 cm and page height 4.5 cm).
When i want to print, my printer print only half of label..... ( only print 4.5 cm x 4.5 cm and last 4.5 cm x 4.5 cm is blank ). Why ?

Before try this, i try with crystal report and set paper size to custom (orientation Landscape, page witdh 9 cm and page height 4.5 cm).
When i print with crystal report, i can get good label printed (full printed on 4.5 cm x 9 cm label landscape)

Anybody can help me ? I don't know why.... or maybe because i use trial stimulsoft... or what ?
