Report graphic color does not match legend color

Hello,

In the generated report view in Internet Explorer (I have not tested other browsers yet) the color of the little circles in the report graph do not always match the colors indicated in the graph legend. Please see the attached picture.

This is using Reports.Ultimate version 2011.1

The Marker colors I set in the designer show up correctly in the design-time legend, but in the runtime report the legend totally ignores the design-time values.
