Given AIR/Flex uses SQLite, are there plans to be able to use these as a DataSource?

Hello,

Unfortunately, on current moment, we do not have plans to develop this.
As a way you can use the following methods:

How to connect my data to a report in Stimulsoft Reports.Fx for Flex?

Thank you.

Yeah, this is the technique we use. Very tedious to do.

Anyway for "us" to write this and then use via the Report Designer?

Hello.

Unfortunately, Flash doesn't support this database and it's almost impossible to create an adapter.

Thank you.

Actually, SQLite is the ONLY database Flash supports, which I why I figured it would be easy for you to add this.

Hello,

SQLite is only supported in Adobe AIR applications, Flash applications do not support SQLite. Since our components are universal (and Flash, and AIR), then there are some difficulties with implementation. We will consider the implementation of SQLite in our component for AIR applications.

Thank you.

Thank you. I have gotten so focused on AIR, that I forget about Flash. I tend to treat AIR/Flash/Flex as "one".

And ETA on the release (sorry to hijack thread, but I was already here)?

Hello,

Unfortunately, the new release 2012.2 SQLite provider will not be realized.

Thank you.
