Data disappearing when adding additional filter on data source

Hello~
I am attaching the .mrt for a report I am working on. I have three data sources, which I have used successfully in a similar report. For this report, I copied the previous one, but need to add an additional filter to the EEs data source. However, when I do this, although the rows still print, the data fields clear out. On page one, I am trying to count the number of employees in the USA, using the EEs data source. It prints a zero. I added a page two to display the data associated, creating a border around the fields. 26 pages print with empty cells... Also, the data source works correctly with only the first three filters; it is when the last filter is added (whether created as new or not), that the data clears out. I have tried to add the filter in various different ways. The end result I am trying to accomplish is to filter out performance ratings of null, I, and N, which results in showing performance ratings of P-, P+, P, and K only. I have also checked to make sure that the fields in the data source are set correctly, and not set as an object. Please advise. Thank you!
