1. Can Report Wizard Create Tabular Report?
2. In Preview Report, Can Preview Report Fax?
3. In Preview Report, Can Run-Time add watermark?

You mean reports with columns?

2. In Preview Report, Can Preview Report Fax?

I don't understand, can you explain in more details your task?

3. In Preview Report, Can Run-Time add watermark?

Yes, it possible. You need add watermark before report rendering (to report template) or after report rendering?
