ODBC Data types are not recognized

Hello,
i add a new datasource to a report and select a table, all collumns recognized as string.
When i used "New Query" instead, all datatypes are ok.
The issue only occurs when an odbc data source is selected, ole-db is ok.
We used version 2012.2.

Steps for reprodruce:
1. use attachment (saskiareport1.mdb) and create a odbc datasource (32-bit) with Microsoft Access driver
2. open designer (32-bit mode) because Microsoft Access driver is visible only in 32-bit mode
3. choose new connection
4. create a new odbc connection with the odbc datasource from step 1
5. create a new datasource
6. in the select data dialog choose the table F20151
7. --> all datatypes are string
8. repeat step 5 und choose "New Query" -> type "select * from F20151"
9. --> datatypes are ok

Is this a bug or feature?

Thanks for your efforts
Ralf
