Missing Visual Studio Toolbar Items

I installed the Report.Web trial and watched the demos. When i went to try them and launched Visual Studio 2008 there is nothing for Stimulsoft in the toolbar like the demo displayed. Did i miss a sepeate download or somethign else?

Found it. Right click on toobar, clikc Choose Items and pick items that are missing.
