Band Order Issue

Hello,
I created a report successfully (attached - Report1.mrt), which summarized all of my data into a one page table (seperated into 6 countries on 3 pages). However, I would now like to add a new "break" to the report, and have the same table, but seperated and printed for each Job Family. So, I set the change conditions for the headers to print, but because I am using multiple data sources (I'm assuming), the report is printing the first header for all job families, then the second header for all job families, etc. I have attached an mrt, Report2.mrt, where I have been attempting to resolve this. Can you please advise how I can accomplish this?
Thanks!
