Best practice...
When starting creating a new report we like to use your wizards. They are working great.
But we also want to have the same type of ReportHeader (Title, Logo and more)
and a same type of PageFooter (with a top-border, a date, a pagethrough and thinks like that) in every report.
Using the wizard always makes a whole new page.
Is there an approach to use both the wizard and a template for our new reports?
