Fix: A bug with variables of the DateTime type.
Fix: When previewing a report the value of the variable that is initialized by the expression was not recalculated.
Fix: An error in the Report Checker when checking the number of data sources in the Image component.

Add: Ability to add a new page from the context menu.
Add: The StiOptions.viewer.appearance.currentPageBorderColor option allows setting the border color of the current page.
Add: The StiOptions.viewer.appearance.variablesPanelColumns option allows setting the number of columns in the variables panel.
Add: The StiOptions.viewer.appearance.variablesPanelEditorWidth option allows setting the width of editing fields on the variables panel.
Add: The StiOptions.designer.appearance.gridSizeCentimetres, gridSizeHundredthsOfInch, gridSizeInch, gridSizeMillimeters option allows specifying the size of the designer page grid.
Add: The Get Culture / Set Culture Editor function in the globalization editor.
