Cross-tab bug

Hello.

I have encountered the following problem when designing a report that uses a cross-tab:
- I place a new cross-tab on the page,
- I set the data source for the cross-tab,
- I drag and drop a field to the 'Columns' or 'Rows' box,
- the Designer crashes.

When I start the Designer from code and perform the same steps, I get a NullReferenceException.

The easiest way to reproduce this bug is to launch the Demo application and edit one of the reports there - the result is the same, at least for me.

I am using version 2012.2.

Hello.

We couldn't reproduce this issue.
Could you send us more detailed description or video how to reproduce it in the Demo.
What exact version do you use?
Send us your report template with data to reproduce this issue from code.

Thank you.

The problem is that there isn't really any template to speak of. I create a blank report, then set up the data source (the xml file from Demo) and place only the cross-tab on the page. Then I set the data source for the tab and everything is OK (see attachment 1.png). Then I drag and drop one of the fields to the 'Rows' box -- and the Designer crashes (attachment 2.png; the message is in Polish and it naturally says that Designer.Wpf.exe stopped working). It's version 2012.2.1400 from 13 September.

I checked the prerelease build 2012.11.02 and it works fine there.
