German capital umlauts tuncated in word output

Hello
If I use german capital umlauts (such as Ä) they are displayed in preview but the dots above the A are cut in Word output.

Data is attached.

We couldn't reproduce your issue.
Could you send us next information:
1. The version of our product that you use.
2. Export settings.
3. Word version.
4. docx-file that you got.

Hello.

It's a problem of the Word. If you will change zoom level to 200% you'll see the Ä symbol.
It's better to set the tom margin of the text box at least 1 to avoid other problems with umlaut.

If you'll create a new Word document, insert there a new table and write there this text, you will get the same problem.
Unfortunately, this problem occurs in Word with Arial font and maybe with some other fonts and we can't solve it.
