subreport Question

Hello .
Is it possible with subreports placed in two panels and eatch subreport can show 10 rows per page
so in one page can be shown 20 rows , but
the 2nd report start to show rows after the 1st finishes .
Eg. if th 1st sub has 25 rows and thw snd has 13 rows i want to start render the 2nd sub in the 3 rd page auntil 5th page.
Can i acheeve that with sub reports or any other trick ?
