Timeout problem

I've written a query that returns rows under 30 seconds if I execute it in SQL Management Studio.
However, when I used the same query in my report, I get a SQL timeout exception.
I've tried increasing the Command Timeout property on the datasource, but it doesn't help.
The report is not complex. It is using the CountIf and Sum functions to summarize several columns.
What else can I check or change to get past this problem?

Will I be able to distribute the new Stimulsoft.Report assemblies to my customer without having to rebuild our application?
The assembly versions that we have distributed with our app is 2010.2.730.0

I downloaded the 2010.3.20 build which contains version 2010.3.803.0 and rebuilt my application.
I am still getting the timeout error.
What else could I try checking or changing?

Hello,
Please let us know when the error occur after running the report? And how many entries in the tables are used in the report?
Please send us your .MRT file with database for analysis.
