Records on 2nd page move right next to each other

Hi,
I'm new to stimulsoft reports so it might be a silly problem. I have a stored procedure that provides data for my report. The report contains more subreports with different kinds of records. Everything looks the way it's supposed to look on the first page but If there is so many records in one of the subreports that it continues on second page the rows with records are moved right next to each other. There are scrshots of the pages.
Scrshot_1stpage
Scrshot_2ndpage
I have set the height for both rows and headers to 0,5cm but on the second page it seems to be gone and set to height of letters. So I don't know if it is problem for me to solve (something is wrong in parameters or layout of the report) or the report is ok and it's up to one of my colleagues. So If anyone got some general idea in mind I will try it.
There will be probably easy way to solve this but I'm out of ideas.
I will be grateful for every answer. Thanks
