Merge Page with report

Hi,
I want to merge existing report (.mrt) with page (.pg). But it generates textboxes with repeated names i.e text43 many times, which gives error in compiling the report. Please look into the matter. I am also attaching here the report and page.

Ok,
I am having 2 reports i.e. NoticeofTheft.mrt and other one is BillPage.mrt
I wanted to make a new page in NoticeOfTheft.mrt exactly same as which exist in BillPage.mrt.
So I saved that page from BillPage.mrt as BillPage.pg
Then Open NoticeOfTheft.mrt -> Open Page -> BillPage.pg. The new page is visible, but Many of the textboxes, Horizontal, vertical lines
are with repeated name (duplicate Id) in the new page, it throws error when web preview of report.
