Hide chart

Hello. We have a table with data, and we are making charts. Some charts are empty, due to no data at table. Is it somehow possible to hide empty charts? We tried to use conditions, but this doesn't help..

Oh, forget to say. Chart is located inside databand.

Sorry, i can't give you my report, but here is something equal to it, based on your sample reports. As you can see, there are some empty values in Products.Unitprice field. This empty values gives empty chart, which i want to hide somehow.
