How to fix column width

Hello,

I'm building a report and in some reports I have a text field with a large text in it.

I want the text to break so the user can see the whole content (word wrap is doing it), but when the report is printed, the width of the column is automatically increasing, making the page size increase as well and leaving a large amount of empty space in my report.

Report:

As you can see, the width of the column is much larger than the required.
I tried using max size and some other properties, but didnt have any success.

I am sending a sample report that simulates the problem.

What should I do in order to make the column's width be the same as the field?
