Hi.
Using version 2010.3.810 from 16 Nov 2010 (also tested with version from 23 Nov 2010)
System:Windows XP Professional 32-bit SP3,CPU : AMD Athlon 64 X2 6000+,RAM 2.0GB Dual-Channel DDR2
while dragging a control I can see a trace like in image (control was moved from down to up):

Is this a normal behavior?

We couldn't reproduce this bug.

Problem is gone after reinstalling my system and also my designer settings,sorry for this and thanks for your time.
