Set variable initiate expresion to start of financial year

I have a date variable (DateStart) and I need to set the default value to the first date of the financial year (31 March in our company
) . How do I do this?

I've tried various 'initiate by' expressions but get errors each time. I'm obviously doing something wrong but not sure what...

Please try to use the Value property for variable. If it is does not help, please send us your report which reproduce the issue for analysis.
