MVCViewer first report delayed on getreportsnapshot

Everything works fine while on debug mode from visual studio. Whenever I try to render a report from my app that includes an MVCViewer the first report will always freeze my webserver for 2-3 minutes and after that every other report will work fast.

Do you know of anything I might try to fix this problem?
