Setup toolbox/Components/Rich Text missing

Hello,

in the Silverlight-VB-Demo-Project "Designer_SaveLoad" the rich text box is not visible in the setup toolbox.
How can i please display this component?
The properties StiComponent.PlaceOnToolbox/ServiceEnabled do not work...

Hello.

Unfortunately, the The Rich Text component is not supported in pure Silverlight.
