I am using Wakanda to develop Web applications with SQL Server 2008 and would like to know if there menera Stimulsoft Reports.Fx for that FlexStimulsoft Reports.Fx for Flex could do my reports. this is the link of Wakanda: http://www.wakanda.org/

Now in its Enterprise version can be used as SQL Server database, my question is, in what way could call a report with Stimultsoft from this development tool? As he could make a call to a parameterized query report via JavaScrip?

Unfortunately, the Stimulsoft Reports.Fx for Flex product support XML and mysql data source only.
You could use one of methods provided in the article in our Knowledge Base to connect data from other data sources.
