Hello,
I would like to ask you how Format dialog works? Specially with Number formats... because in dialog I see some Sample box, but it still shows the same number format even if I switch "Use Local Setting". It looks, that this dialog has global impact to the format settings. But when I change some format, it is not applied on all Text objects with the same format type.
Please, do some revision because it looks like this dialog works somehow unpredictably.

Hello.

Recently we had added a Culture property to the report. If you set the Text Format to use local settings and change the Culture of the report than we will get the necessary format in all text components.

So it means, that this dialog is global and I am not able to set different number formats for different Text objects?

Do you need to have different formats of Numbers or Currency?
Could you send us any report template which demonstrates the issue?
