Reorder Components

Hi,
how to reorder components in the V2014.01?
In previous releases, I can drag components in the Report Tree.

In the Report Tree (before V2014), I could drag an component (e.g. Line) vertical, to change the "visual order" (or is sequence the better word?) in the report. While dragging, a horizontal line appears as placeholder for dropping.
This was the only way to change the order of components. I need this again.
If you have docking components in a Panel, the sequence is important.
