How do you have properties window in closed position?

When initally loading html5 designer, I would like to have properties window in closed position. How do you achieve this through javascript without modifying source code?

I have attached screenshot.
Basically I would like to have "properties" panel closed when designer loads. I am ok with solution either in javascript or C#.
