Hi StimulSoft Team,

Recently I am facing issue with font cannot be loaded into StimulSoft whereby Office can read that font. I also find out that this will happened if the PC OS is Windows 7 and Windows 8 that font has no issue.

When I view the report under the Report checker this is the error message i am getting.

The font is not found.
The font 'HoeflerTitling HTF-Lt' specified for the component 'Text16' is not found.

Please let me know what should i do to overcome this situation.

Yes this problem can occurs with fonts. Office use WinApi to work. Stimulsoft Reports work on .Net Framework. In results our product can work only with fonts which supported by .Net Framework. Can you say in report designer in following dialog you see your font?

We can see the font in Microsoft Word, but we cannot see it on Report Designer. This just happens on Windows 7, on Windows 8 we can see it.

There is problem is not our.
On Windows7 GDI+ and therefore .NET recognizes only OpenType fonts with TrueType outlines, installed in Windows.
For working with fonts we use standard methods of .NET. If .NET recognizes your fonts, then our product will work with them.

On Windows8 something was updated and OS recognises this font types.
