Hi,

form time o time, Ia customer receives this exception:

Proc.: PointToScreen
Typ: System.InvalidOperationException
Error: This Visual is not connected to a PresentationSource.
Stack Trace
at System.Windows.Media.Visual.PointToScreen(Point point)
at Stimulsoft.Report.Wpf.StiCloudToolTip.CheckPosition()
at Stimulsoft.Report.Wpf.StiCloudToolTip.timerTick(Object sender, EventArgs e)
at System.Windows.Threading.DispatcherTimer.FireTick(Object unused)
at System.Windows.Threading.ExceptionWrapper.InternalRealCall(Delegate callback, Object args, Int32 numArgs)
at MS.Internal.Threading.ExceptionFilterHelper.TryCatchWhen(Object source, Delegate method, Object args, Int32 numArgs, Delegate catchHandler)

I can't reproduce it on my machine :? The customer works in a RDP-session, Win 2008R2.

Have you any advice for me?

Hello, Christoph.

We need more information about the issue.
How often does this error occur?
What do they do before this error message?
Do they have problem with connection to server?

Thank you.

How often does this error occur?
[CD] A few times, not in each case.

What do they do before this error message?
[CD] The customer has edited a relation in the dictionary or expression designer.

Do they have problem with connection to server?
[CD] No, there's no Server. A local installation on an W2003 Server, access via rdp. V.2014.1 runs fine.
