Sort Problem

I have a problem about the sort, I sort the dataarea by column seqid which sorts by ascending。seqid has two values 999 and 0. why the value 999 is before the value 0?
I have a problem about register. This login id is my colleague，I had registered yesterday that used login id is xiji4455.
The Email is xiji4455@163.com. But my Email can not receive yours activate email. why?

I have get it about the sort problem,Can you add the sort other column to the group,not sort by the group column.
