Sample SL and Our Application is Erroring in 2014.3

We just upgraded to 2014.3 and when I attemped to get the Silverlight viewer working in our Silverlight application the StiSLViewerControl is throwing an error.

I then opened the WCF SL sample solution that you provide and run it, and it resulted in the same error.
