Hello,

we are using Stimulsoft Report.web 2014.1 Trial 3.7.0.

One our requirement is to create parameterized report in such a way, when click on preview/view report, it should prompt for parameter value and then display the report.For example i have added "FromDate" and "ToDate" as parameter. so when i preview/View that report, it should ask for "FromDate" & "ToDate" value then filter the report data accordingly & then display report.

kindly guide us to fulfill this requirement.

Thanks for reply.

i checked the solution and implemented but i got partial result, means when i preview report at creation/Edit time , it works(showing parameter prompt for user value).
but when i save that report and directly try to view the same report, it's not showing parameter prompt for user value.

please help me out.

i am using Stimulsoft Report.web 2014.1 Trial 3.7.0

I have attached Project File : StimulSoftIssueSample.zip and screenshots also. please find attachments.

when i click on "Edit" report,it load correctly and showing User Parameter Prompt.
But when i click on "View". it shows data only there is no prompt for User Parameter.

Reference files:

Edit : CreateReportNew.aspx
View : ViewReport.aspx

We couldn't reproduce your issue in our latest prerelease build. There is a parameters panel in Viewer.
Please, upgrade to our latest prerelease build.

i have downloaded "Stimulsoft Reports.Web 2014.3.2 from 2014.12.19" prerelease buid and replace existing dlls with newer one but still not getting result.
please guide me if i missed something

dlls that i have replaced are :
