Hi,

I'm trying to setup a report with some dependent variables, but am having a bit of trouble. Similar to what is listed in the help document under Dependent Variables, I've created two variables called Department and Group. I've attached a copy of the report as well as the test database that I'm using.

The trouble that I'm having is that when I select a Department, the Group isn't being limited by what I've chosen for Department.
I've tried switching the key and value columns, but I still can't get it to work. I'm hoping someone can point out what I'm doing wrong.

I'm using Stimulsoft.Reports.Web 2014.3.0 and Flash Player 17.0 for Windows.

I am trying to create a dependent variable again and am having the same issues as I did back in 2015. Attached is a database & report with two datasources,
one for Departments and one for Groups within each department. It doesn't matter which department I choose from the list, the group list never changes.
Do I have the variables setup properly?

The attached report is from Stimulsoft Reports.Web 2017.1.6 ASP.NET, Flex, but I've also tried this with Stimulsoft Reports 2018.1.8 ASP.NET, Flex
and have the same problem.

My mistake, The variables don't work in the Flex Designer, but they do work when looking at the report with an HTML viewer.
