Label printer not cutting the label automatically

Dear all,

I am using a version of the Stimulsoft Reports.Web to print labels as part of a commercial MES product.
However, I am currently facing a problem where the labels printed through the stimulsoft solution are not automatically cut, while test pages printed from the Windows Printer preferences are.

The printer driver vendor has mentioned that the printing software (in this case, Stimulsoft) may be setting some kind of override on the printer driver to disable the automatic cut action. This does not seem likely, as far as I know, there is no specific code from our side that is explicitly overriding any setting like this.

In any case, do you know if this is possible when printing a page through stimulsoft? Is there any specific configuration that may be set to allow labels to be automatically cut?

The printer in question is a DuraLabel Pro 300 and the installed driver is from Seagull (BarTender label printing software vendors). The driver has a "Post-Print" action that can be defined as "Cut". This is the option that supposedly has to be set when printing to this printer.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance!

Regards,

Luís Ponte

Hello,

Unfortunately due to the web limitations it is not supported in Reports.Web.

Please let us know if you have any additional questions.
Thank you.
