Difference between margins of report when it is rendered

Difference between margins of report when it is rendered (Different components but margin reports are equals).
Reports with data source band:
On Desktop Designer:
On Web Viewer:
Reports with page footer band:
On Desktop Designer:
On Web Viewer:
Why does this difference between components?

Hello.
The component has fixed place when it is exactly on the report page.
If the component is on any Band, the position of the component is relative.
The Footer band is docked on bottom of the page. The Data Band to the top. At design time you see headers of the data bands. There is no such headers on the rendered report, so all components move up on header size. You could see more accurate position of the components at Design time if you disable Show Headers at the Page tab of Designer.
