Hi
I have a question to the StiWebViewer. In my Desktop Application I have designed a report that uses shapes with an overlaing textfield. With the StiRibbonViewerControl on the Desktop it looks as designed. On a ASP.Net Webpage it looks not so good. Do you have any hints what I can do in this case.

Hello, Ralf.
Unfortunately, we use table mode in Web Viewer. The components cannot overlap each other. or they will be cut and the component that is above is shown only.
Please, try to use StiWebViewerFx.
Thank you.

Hello Aleksey
Is it possible to use the StiWebViewerFx in a ASP.Net project?
May be you have another idea for me, I need only the rounded corner for the textbox. Is there a better workaround that works in the Web and on the Desktop?

Hello, Ralf.
Yes, the StiWebViewerFx in made for ASP.NET too. It use Flash technology on the client side.
Unfortunately, there is no way to set rounded corners in text component.
Thank you.

Hello Aleksey
Ok, one more question. In my ASP.Net Application I generate a StiReport object and show it in the StiWebViewer. Can I use the same object and show it in the StiWebViewerFx or must I generate a new object?
Thank you
Ralf

Hello, Ralf.
The StiWebViewerFx viewer is included in Stimulsoft Reports.Web and Stimulsoft Reports.Ultimate products.
You could download
the trial version of Stimulsoft Reports.Web and try it. There is no any limitation except DEMO watermark.
You could find the sample projects in \Samples\ASP.NET\Flash\Demo sub-folder.
Thank you.
