Designer broken in Build 2007-03-5 R2003

Hi,

i'm using the Build 2007-03-05 R2003 an tried to use the StiDesigneControl and getting an "object reference not set to an instance of an object" exception after dragging the control on a from.

The same exception is thrown when i tried to start the designer.exe
