Conditions in Demo

I am trying out the demo application and attempting to apply a "Condition" to filter rows in one of the samples. If I add a condition nothing appears in the column drop down. What am i missing?

Condtions are not working now. But in the major release of version 2011.1 this will work. The release will be in the end of March.
