dataBand & headerBand not showing up inside panel

Looking around I've seen responses that say to set the "Can Break" properties to true on dataBands, headerBands and the panel to get dataBands & headerBands to show up inside a panel but I've tried it on the latest stable release and the latest nightly build and I'm not seeing "Can Break" as a property for any of these three components. Is there a reason I can't see the "Can Break" property in either Stimulsoft Reports.Fx for PHP 2010.3 or Stimulsoft Reports.Fx for PHP 2011.03.22? Please tell me that panels work in FX for PHP!!!

Hello,
We found and fixed the error, the update will be available in release 2011.1, which will be available on March, 28.

Where might I be able to download 2011.1? I'm not seeing it in the registered users section where I can download all the other versions. Is it just not ready yet?
