Strange behavior of designer

Dear support team,
I have some user report a complain that designer show loading then it display empty.today this strange behavior appear in one our development
pc, then i try to make an debug to see if there is error but i don't see any error.
i need your advise.

Hello,

We couldn't reproduce this bug.
Please try to check the last build. If the issue still present please send us a sample project which reproduce the issue and step by step guide.
