Borders not printing properly

Hello,

if you use advanced border style in a report, the border edges are not displayed and printed correctly.
It is easy to reproduce - see attached sample report.

I have a text field with an upper and a left border with size 4px, all other borders are 1px. The left and upper border do not fall into line with the other borders:

Can you please look into this and fix the bug?
