Ability to prompt for data "within" the report

I know I can add promptable data for the entire report that is displayed at the top of the report ... but can I include a prompt "inside" the report ... for instance below each chart that asks for a date range? I would like to add 4 charts to a report, and below each chart have 1 or more prompts that can filter data.

I would like to put prompts for data on the actual report page. I would like to control where a prompt for "year" goes on the report for instance. You support "promptable variables" but you are positioning where the prompts go by default. What I would like is the ability for me to place these prompts onto the actual report designer instead.
