Hi,
when we set the static option "StiWebDesignerOptions.ModifyDataSources" to false, we expect the user who designs reports in flashdesigner not to make any changes to any provided datasource. The button in the tab "dictionary" where you can modify the selected datasource is correctly disbaled, but when the user selects a datasource and navigates to property tab, he is able to modify the properties of selected datasource even the sql command as shown here:
