I have few problems with export to XPS:

• Text is cutted off (Barcode.jpg).
• Differences in word wrap on preview and xps (WordWrap.jpg top -> preview, bottom ->xps).
• Empty barcode visible in xps file (Barcode.jpg).
• I have report with background image. If I change image resolution in export settings image size is reduced. In example default resolution is 100. When I change to 200, image size is reduced twice.

I compare it with pdf export. Pdf export works fine.

Did you try to change text quality property? This should help to solve this issue.
Could you send us a simple report template that reproduces the issue? It will help us to fix the issues faster.

We have reproduced the issue. We need additional time for improvement.

We couldn't reproduce this bug.
Can you please send us a sample report template with data, which reproduces the issue, and resulting xps files for analysis?

Did you try to change text quality property? This should help to solve this issue.

In attachment is sample project. Image is loaded from xps file (MainWindow_Loaded method lines 39-55).
In preview choose save as XPS and change image resolution. Image in saved file is scaled based on resolution.

Sorry, there is no Text Quality property in Reports.Wpf product. We were wrong.
Could you send us a sample of your first issue? We can't find in your project a report like on your screen-shot.

We have reproduced the issue with export of DrawingVisual. We need some time to fix it.
