Add: The AllowApplyStyle property is added to all elements of a chart.
Add: Now the chart style is used for Constant lines and Strips.
Add: The Strips.ShowBehind property is added.
Add: New events are added to Silverlight report designer – Exit, ClosingReport.

Add: New properties are available for the Silverlight Viewer. These are StiOptions.Viewer.Elements.ShowReportPrintToPdfButton, ShowReportPrintToPrinterButton, and ShowReportPrintToXpsButton.
Add: New properties are added to the WebDesignerSL component. These are StiWebDesignerSLOptions.Viewer.ShowReportPrintButton, ShowReportPrintToPdfButton, and ShowReportPrintToXpsButton.
Add: New properties are added to the WebViewerSL. These are ShowReportPrintButton, ShowReportPrintToPrinterButton, ShowReportPrintToPdfButton, ShowReportPrintToXpsButton.
