In the format dialog, there are built-in Date formats (M.dd, yy.M.dd, MMM.dd, etc). Can I customize this list? Most of these are formatted for Europe ... it makes the US guys feel left out I know I can input my own "Custom" format ... but it would be nice to pre-populate the list of built in formats.

Also, what is the *d and *D and *F formats?
